HOW DO I BOOK?

The best way to secure your spot is to pre-book online, as availability is limited and sessions can fill up quickly. Completing your booking online also ensures a smoother check-in process.

All participating guests must complete a waiver before arrival. After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to the waiver, completing it in advance will save time and guarantee prompt access to the course.

If you choose to complete your waiver on-site at reception, please arrive early to avoid delays to your session.

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
To ensure availability, we highly recommend booking in advance! Weekends and holidays are extremely popular and spots fill up quickly.

IS THERE AN AGE, HEIGHT OR WEIGHT LIMIT?
Ninjas of all ages, from young children to grandparents are welcome and encouraged to participate!

There are no age or height restrictions, but for safety reasons, we have a dedicated area for Mini Ninjas under the age of 4 years.

The recommended maximum weight limit for our equipment, based on supplier specifications, is 127kg. If this may affect you, please contact us so we can clarify.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I’M PREGNANT?
No, unfortunately it’s unsafe to participate if you’re pregnant.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKING?
We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your session to allow enough time for check-in, completing waivers (if not done online), collecting wristbands, and attending the safety briefing.

Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or your booking being moved to the next available time slot.

IS A WAIVER AND SAFETY BRIEFING REQUIRED?
Yes, all participants must complete a waiver and watch a safety briefing video prior to their session.

It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure safe play by following the rules and adhering to the safety guidelines provided by our team. For the safety of everyone, individuals who are found to be non-compliant with the park rules may be asked to leave.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend wearing athletic, comfortable clothing with some stretch, along with long-sleeved tops to protect your arms.

To ensure hygiene and to safely enhance your experience on the equipment, Total Ninja socks are mandatory. These can be purchased online or on-site and are yours to keep.

For added hand protection, we also recommend wearing Total Ninja grip gloves.

Please remove all jewelry and loose items before entering the course and store them securely in the complimentary lockers provided by Total Ninja.

Please note that the use of chalk on the course is not permitted.

DO YOU PROVIDE LOCKERS?
Yes, we offer complimentary lockers where you can store your shoes and belongings during your session.

We recommend leaving valuables at home and refraining from bringing them onto the equipment, as Total Ninja cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

DO CHILDREN REQUIRE SUPERVISION?
Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over the age of 16 years) at all times whilst visiting Total Ninja.
DO SPECTATORS PAY FOR ENTRY?
No, spectators do not need to purchase a ticket if they are not participating or actively using the equipment.

Spectators can enjoy a clear view of the activities from our Café area.

For children requiring closer supervision, we recommend purchasing a ticket so that you can join them.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
In line with our food health and safety policy, self-catering is not permitted.

Only food and drinks purchased from the Total Ninja Café may be consumed on-site. This ensures the safety of all guests and helps prevent any potential food or drink-related incidents.

IS MY BOOKING REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the exception of permitted changes made at least 20 minutes before the start of your session.

For party bookings, changes must be requested at least 4 days before the scheduled party date.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE GROUPS AND SCHOOLS?
